I'm +1 on the idea, but I don't think the proposal would be readily
accepted, as it's specific to only NetBeans. Generally, FOSDEM is
looking for broader topics or genres, so perhaps an IDE devroom would
stand a better chance? You could still, of course, have NetBeans
content, but due to shortage on space (which there really is these
days), the odds of getting a dev room for just one program is slim, so
I'd pool it with other IDE topics to make it more feasible.

future, and also help other to understand the state of the project.
