Sure, makes sense, and I wouldn't be surprised at all if this ends up being the stumbling block.
Maybe the dev room could be called "On Top Of Java" or "Beyond Basic Java" or "Java in the Wild" -- and sure, anything built on top of anything else in the Java ecosystem would be welcome too.
