You’ve fixed it now by removing it, but I took a look at the history and that 
module just wasn’t a dependency of anything anymore and the release plugin 
doesn’t automatically update the version in that case.

I think the RM guidance might just be “check that <version /> was correctly 
updated” to catch this when it might matter.
