Hi [~rohini] and [~shwethags] I have moved parse "job-xml" along with global
conf copy on {{ActionStartXCommand}}. But some test cases which are parsing
"job-xml" through {{JavaActionExecutor}} are failing what to do with those test
cases. One of test case is {{testSetupMethods() }} in
{{TestJavaActionExecutor}}.
