Yes [~rohini], I have check the comment in review board, Had discussion with
[~shwethags]. I am taking global conf from {{SubWorkflowActionExecutor}} and
parsing job-xml in {{ActionStartXCommand}}. Now to problem is there are few
Test cases where we are parsing job-xml in JavaActionExecutor , What to do with
them. You can Refer {{TestJavaActionExecutor}} for same.
