Same here.  I can navigate as far as
http://people.apache.org/~dwoods/openjpa/2.0.0-beta/staging-site<http://people.apache.org/%7Edwoods/openjpa/2.0.0-beta/staging-site/downloads/>an
then get a 404 when I click on any of the links.
