Dear Vasiliy and Maxim,

Please ignore previous email, as I attached the wrong portion of the
Logs. Also, the MailHandler Error was fixed by changing the port.

As you requested, below is the CORRECT log output.

We deleted that user entry in database that was giving “internal error
Return to Home page”. Then, everything worked fine. But later, the same
error appeared while just CLICKING a particular user (not others). Then,
we deleted this new user entry in database. Now everything is working
fine again.

In sum, the error regarding deletion of user appears randomly. The
solution is to delete the entry of that specific user in the mysql database
and recreate the user entry. We are using mysql-JDBC-5.1.34. and MySQL
5.1.37.

Perhaps the starting point of clue is at: Unexpected error occurred
org.apache.wicket.WicketRuntimeException: Method onRequest of interface
org.apache.wicket.behavior.IBehaviorListener targeted at
org.apache.openmeetings.web.admin.users.UsersPanel$2$1@31a1d07e on
component [Item [Component id = 5]] threw an exception

the log you have provided has nothing in common with user deletion
    (it is
regarding mail sending and is not affecting UI)
deleting user directly in DB is not solution unfortunately, it is
    workaround :)

if you will see "Internal error" again, please send me the part of the
log with exception, so I can investigate and fix it :)

    Thanks in advance

Dear Maxim,

We created an internal user and right after that this "Internal Error"
happened.

In Chrome the Menu Items started scrolling UPWARDS. However in Firefox
the Menu Items were normal (downwards), but the user could not be deleted.

Could this be due to database corruption. If so, can we delete that
particular user from database and after that database will work.

Tables "user_data" and "user_contact" have no rows (empty set).

From which Table should we delete this user?

Is this installation recoverable, or should we re-install the whole
database?

Sincerely,
