Fwiw, I have been given an account, and should have commit privileges, but 
haven't figured out how to actually do a commit yet...

Actually the process discussed last week [0] to follow from here forward is:

Anyone (including Rowan) with commit privileges can request a Nexus
account [1] and we'll get it created for them to add artifacts.
