I think we can go to http://mavenrepo.openmrs.org/nexus - go to the * Releases* repository (assuming the artifact to be uploaded is a proper release version and not just a snapshot), and then go to it's *Artifact Upload* tab.
Or you can configure the POM to know where the artifact should go and then use mvn deploy to push it to the remote Nexus server (see http://maven.apache.org/pom.html#Distribution_Management) The latter would be the best approach I assume?
