Sure. So for dead modules:

1. Move module SVN project root to /openmrs-modules/abandoned
2. Move module wiki page to
https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/docs/Abandoned+Modules

For modules migrated to Git

1. Move module SVN project root to /openmrs-modules/abandoned ?
2. Add new MIGRATED text file with URL of new location ?
