If you look at one of the download pages at
https://www.openoffice.org/download/index.html you are sent through sourceforge
with no instruction about alternative download pages.
Basically the SourceForge url:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/openofficeorg.mirror/files/4.1.16/binaries/de/Apache_OpenOffice_4.1.16_Linux_x86-64_install-rpm_de.tar.gz/download
Must be the following ASF url
https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua/openoffice/4.1.16/binaries/de/Apache_OpenOffice_4.1.16_Linux_x86-64_install-rpm_de.tar.gz
Advantages include that this can select between the cdn, downloads.apache.org,
and archives.apache.org finding historical releases.
It is a separate issue how we want to help the community around this issue.
