I've compared the checksums with the ones from the release. They are
identical. So, the problem cannot be the installation files.
A fast Internet search with "linux rpm Überprüfung des Pakets ist
fehlgeschlagen: keine Prüfsumme" reveals that your RPM command wants to
check the files with checksums which are not existing (in the files
itself or separated).
Maybe you want to try the installation with the "--nosignature" option.
That will skip the checksum verification.
It's OK when it's for sure that you have downloaded the files from here:

The same problem with another browser is strange.
And with another download server it is getting even stranger.
Please can you give us the result when you manually create the checksum
for a downloaded file? Then we can see if the file is OK or not.
Here is the command:

<your_path_to_the_file>/Apache_OpenOffice_4.1.16_Linux_x86-64_install-rpm_de.tar.gz
(Please note: To use "sha256sum" you need to have installed the RPM
package "coreutils")

maybe the mirros don't like you. ;-)
Please try to download from the ASF servers directly:
https://downloads.apache.org/openoffice/4.1.16/binaries/de/
And try to use "sudo rpm -Uvh *rpm" (without the "i" option) for the
installation. Maybe an already installed AOO package makes trouble.

and then, I tried again to install OpenOffice-4-1-16 by typing:

The installation failed again!

I haven't heard about such a problem after switching the download
mirrors. Then the download and installation worked fine.
I'm pretty sure it's not in the files as then more users would report
such problems.
Maybe you have the chance to use a more public mode in your browser and
not the private mode? And not together with TOR?
Or another browser?
Or you have another OS like Windows on your computer or a second
computer to test?
Have others more hints that could help?

I've downloaded a second ago and haven't seen a problem. So, in general
it's working.
When you have problems with specific mirror servers then just change
them. On the SourceForge webpage there is a grey "Problems Downloading?"
button. Just click on it and choose a different mirror from the popup
dialog.
