Yes.  This would be tremendously helpful.  If these helper classes got
exported the same way those in the rtl namespace are, it would boost
more C++ UNO component developments.

I can't help but feel as though the UNO C++ binding is left behind the
other language bindings in terms of popularity, which is a shame. :(
