So you're not talking about the product OpenOffice.org application suite
to add code to have CSpace integrated, but some OOo CD-ROM instead that
should bundle it? This is beyond developer's control. Talk to the OOo CD
distributors instead.

Or you can even make your own CD-ROM / DVD distribution. OOo is
released under LGPL, thus allowing you to copy / modify / distribute /
sell OOo as long as it keeps the same licence. Bundling OO with CSpace
would be on problem, but I don't know the MPL enough to assure you
there wouldn't be any issue including Thunderbird or Firefox in a
media together with sofware that don't share the same licence.
