They have their own distribution and this would be too big to advertise Firefox as a component of OO. Though if it is additionally on the CD ,w hy not, but another case. Here I want to ask and suggest, for the tiny and serverfree messenger Cspace. Look, Open office has Components: Writer / Calc / Impress / Draw / BAse / Math Firefox will never be a component of the suite, it is too souvereign. But I want to suggest to make CSpace a Component of the suite. Not integrated in other components, but a 7. Component. We could call it: "CSpace Oh Oh Seven", you know OO for Open Office. So.. it is really not a lot of work, just another website tab, I would write this for you. You only need to put the Open Office Logo additionally in the CSpace Application and make it a component in the OO Suite. Really just a question of adding it within one hour of work. I think that a Instant Messenger is very useful for an Office Suite. It is open source, not related to any server or company, ad-free and is with the actual version very useful and fully equipped, no bugs, sexy gui and working perfect. So the idea is, that Open Office Suite can profit from this 7. Component. Every office and every user needs to Write and draw or calculate somthing and what then?... they send to to someone other.. why not over an Instant Messenger? As well as an Office Product you need it more than the others, because you can see a work progress with tools... but a work process is always as well social, you need to negotiate with others and communicate.. so this messenger as a Component is really needed. I hope, that not all developers here on the list disagree to get another brother or sister into the family, if this is ok, I would like to contribute the Component Description for the website. If then someone else can put a logo of Open Office into the CSpace messenger an add it to the ISO and OO Installer. Can someone do this, who is responsible for the Icons and making the ISO or maintaining the Download-location? To whom can I sent a description for the website? I think OO can profit only from this..
