Practically all tests with empty calendar are now under acceptable
limits on Windows and Linux. Mac is generally almost twice as slow as
the others on the reference hardware, so that is usually the last one to
drop below the limits.

With the 3000 event calendar creating new collections (calendars) is
under acceptable limits on all platforms. Scrolling the 3000 event
calendar is under acceptable limits on Windows and Linux, and really
close to the limit on Mac (might go under with alecf's latest changes -
we'll see).

I also checked how the manual test results compare with the automated
ones. Generally Windows and Linux are within 10%, Mac within 20%. There
are some spikes though, and things depend on the test. However, these
are now consistent enough and close enough that I probably won't be
running these tests manually on a weekly basis anymore, but rely on the
automated results.
