All the cases with empty calendar are under our acceptable limits on
Windows and Linux. OS X is still too slow with creating new events and
switching views.

When we are using the 3000 event calendar speeds are generally quite far
from our targets. However, new calendar (collection) creation and
scrolling the 3000 event calendar are fast enough on all platforms.
Additionally startup and stamping are almost fast enough on Windows and
Linux.

We saw big improvements with import and startup time with 3000 event
calendar in the last week.
