I don't disagree with you that we have lots of issues with several of
our websites. I'm just proposing that these should be components under
the OSAF product.

The other kinds of bugs that I would imagine non-staff to file include
stuff like (all imaginary bugs):

* Sending mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] bounces
* Need to update SSH public key for Svn access
* OSAF logo suggestion
