Yes, currently the reference between a PDPage and its containing document is
stored in PageDrawer rather than in the PDPage itself. If we were to move the
reference into PDPage then we would also need to modify PDDocument#addPage to
clone the page passed in, which seems reasonable but it's quit a big change in
terms of possible impact.
