The Preliminary_Application_Form.pdf file renders fine on my machine, so it's
a missing font problem on your Linux machine.
Ok, that means the only files attached to this issue which don't render
correctly are the original acroeng.com files, which are all test suite files.
We can fix this at some point, but not right now.
