Duplicate of PDFBOX-3293. I've added you as a watcher there. This happens also
with normal rendering (open the file with PDFDebugger), i.e. it is a pure
rendering problem, unrelated to the printer. This won't be fixed anytime soon,
sadly. Your client should use a different font.
