[~jamestaylor] Brilliant idea! just that it should actually be the reversed
way: wrap another iterator, which does the server aggregation logic, with
GroupedAggregatingResultIterator. Any suggestion for the iterator's class name,
though? Thought it would be confusing if the name included the word "server".
