Changes:
* Split NiFi 1 and NiFi 2.
* NiFi 1 NAR: `plc4j-nifi-plc4x-nar-0.13.0-SNAPSHOT.nar` (same name as
current one)
* NiFi 2 NAR: `plc4j-nifi-2-plc4x-nar-0.13.0-SNAPSHOT.nar`
* Clean the POMs. There was some dependencies not needed and there was an
incorrect NAR dependency on the processors, it should be on the NAR POM.
* Between NiFi 1 and 2 there are only changes on the code on
BasePlc4xProcessor and Plc4xSourceProcessorTest.
Tested reading and writing with S7 on NiFi 1.20.0 and NiFi 2.3.0.
Documentation inside NiFi UI working on both versions too.
Java 21 is needed on the new module `plc4j-apache-nifi-2`. @chrisdutz Could
you help me setting the profiles for that?
