Zulip is an OSS tool, at least it has a functional OSS server [1] and client [2] variants (Apache-licensed).
Apache Polaris being an OSS project itself, I think it would be nice to support other OSS projects like Zulip by expanding user awareness by using it for developer chats and user support.
