I don't understand : if you use *correct versions* of X11User and X11SDK, they can be installed in every order, and no problem can occur... The best install order is : install X11User, then X11SDK. So, looks like you have here to deinstall the sdk first, install X11 (or XDarwin) and reinstall X11SDK.

You are correct. I had to use the correct versions of both the X11 User and X11SDK from the Tiger installation disk.

If this does not work, it's simply because you're simply mixing X11User and X11SDK versions. This can not work, IMHO.

I knew that. I just could not find the X11 User for Tiger. I even looked at the Apple Developer Site. Found information on porting X11 applications to MacOSX.

Found the X11 User programs on the Tiger disk under Optional Intalled Packages. Now, I can run OOo 1.90.
