I suggest OOo create a e-mail retrievable posting of "wish list" ideas ever supplied by users to prevent submission duplication. It doesn't matter whether even just some "wish list" ideas are implemented; it's relieving to users to see that their ideas at least reached corporate awareness and not never-neverland.
IssueZilla is not only for bugs. You can also enter feature requests (wishes). Using the query functionality you can easily get your wish list. So once again: http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/ pre_submission.html
