The simple answer is no. There are many changes between each release of OpenOffice 2.0. However, I have suggested that a BitTorrent site be setup so that the releases can be published as best for low bandwidth users. This will allow you to start/stop a download as you see fit and is more stable than a http download (I know that Eric B. is setup on a FTP server.)
