Sure they do :-) You don't need to install those libraries.

Scroll down to the topic "Replacing libfreetype (optional)"

and follow the instructions given. 

Create a backup folder for the existing libfreetype files, copy 
them into this backup folder and afterwards replace them with the 
ones in the tar.gz archive. It is really that simple. I did this 
before and I did it again today because I finally updated to 10.4.3 
after staying with 10.3.9 till friday.
