Hi Joerg,
Joerg Barfurth a écrit :
I haven't done any OSX development, but in older MAC OS versions there
used to be an API to locate a folder for storing preferences. (FWIW:
Later MS Windows added a similar API)
I'd be surprised if something similar doesn't exist on OSX any more.
You're right, something similar do exist.
if there is such an API, I believe that osl_getConfigDir should be adapted
to use this API rather than any hard-coded path.
I just found FSFindFolder ( Folder Manager (Folders.h) ).
Now, we have to decide exactly what we want to use :
~/Library/Application Support/OpenOffice.org2 is the most often asked,
and one asked us recently
~/Library/Preferences/OpenOffice.org2
So ...which one is the best ?
Regards,
eric bachard
