I would like to know how is it possible that the FR download is made
available before we announced it ?
From what our user told us, some chanel is offering it as soon as the
EN version is available, see here for one of them :

and where does it come from :

where the mirrors doesn't display it until we've annouced it, see
http://openoffice.paris.fr/openoffice/localized/fr/
So could it be possible to coordinate and respect our announcements, PR,
and contributors for the work they've done ?
