Assume that test scenarios are stored in MySQL and can be accessed with Base,
shall we name the test 'MySQL_Base testing'? Maybe, no.

The TCM system can be used for any types of test, functional test, localization
test, release sanity test, and so on, including automation test with qatesttool:
Test case xxxxx: Step 1. prepare qatesttool. Step 2. Run xxxx.bas. like that.

How about naming this test 'localization test' [1] in place of 'TCM test' ?
