Hi Mathias Bauer,
Thank you for your reply.
The reason was compatibility of text layouting with Word.
I can't agree with your answer.
Like you said, OpenOffice.org 1 line spacing is compatible with MS word.
But now, OpenOffice.org 3.1 or newer version line spacing isn't copatible with
MS word except we check the option.
I think it may be a little odd.
An interesting discussion on usability. It seems that Word behaviour may
be 'wrong', but from the OOo perspective, what seems to be wrong is the
description of the option. If the description was changed to reflect
what it actually does (makes line spacing compatible with Word) then
probably the confusion could be removed. Is this all that's involved or
does the setting do more than that? Presumably we'd need an issue to
address this?

It's different between Writer and Impress about line spacing.
In Writer, if enter two paragraphs, then Format - Paragraph -
Indents&Spacing - line spacing: leading, values as 0.5cm
find: spacing between two paragraphs is 1.0cm.
[...]
Maybe you can also try if this has to do with compatibility settings:
Tools|Options|OpenOffice.org Writer >Compatibility.
If I do remember right, the option "Use OpenOffice.org 1 line spacing"
makes the difference.
Indeed, icheck the option "Use OpenOffice.org 1 line spacing" makes the
difference.
But I don't know why we should use OpenOffice.org 1 line spacing.
Why it can't be realized in the new OOo version?
Best wishes!
