I think before we merge to master the IBM content should be removed, e.g. "Why
did IBM contribute Quarks" could become "Why Quarks?" and the _config.yml
should be updated with current information and the Apache copyright.
Once merged it would also be good to get a basic page up with the lists,
mirrors, Jira etc, similar to
http://systemml.incubator.apache.org/community.html before cutting the orphan
asf-site branch and checking in the content directory there.
Unfortunately, I am not going to be able to work on Quarks much today. If
someone wants to work on the task of merging to master and creating the
asf-site branch that would be great.
Once the asf-site branch is setup we should just need a INFRA request for
gitpubsub to publish.
