I committed the new content to master and tried out the website locally.
There are a number of broken drop down selections which I think should be
fixed with minimal content before we publish the site. The Get Involved link
should be fixed to have the mailing lists, link to jira, source code and
website source code information. I think it would be ok for the other broken
links to just point to an under construction page.
