It looks like the broken links were caused by changes to the documentation 
project in Github. Now docs seems to go through some "mydoc" path. 
http://quarks-edge.github.io/quarks.documentation/mydoc/quickstart.html instead 
of the old 
http://quarks-edge.github.io/quarks.documentation/docs/quarks/samples/. 

The current existing documentation on Getting Involved is here: 
http://quarks-edge.github.io/quarks.documentation/mydoc/getinvolved.html
That is where I was intending to link to. I think the Getting Involved 
documentation in the documentation project should be updated, rather than make 
a new Get Involved page. I can work on fixing the broken links in the meantime.
