Based on earlier discussion, the plan is to get the initial web page out
without the documentation project, then work on moving the documentation
project from Github into the webpage as a separate patch. In that case, isn't
it better to update in the current documentation page for now? To me, the
"Getting Involved" section is a separate issue than us getting this initial web
site content for Quarks out.
