If we're set on having a Get Involved page immediately, then I suggest that we
move our documentation over at the same time with the site.
Will Marshall suggested that he could merge the documentation project into the
current website. Will, if you can merge the docs into
https://github.com/apache/incubator-quarks-website/tree/quarks-2-pr-3, then I
will update the Get Involved content and fix the links. That way as soon as we
publish, we have working links and the docs, as well as the content we want in
the Get Involved page.
