Will, I have created a pull request against the merge_website branch.
1. I added a message at the top saying that we are in the process of moving
links.
2. I made the changes discussed to the currently existing Get Involved page in
the documentation. That will still need more work, but I think that is not an
area I'm comfortable with. I think someone more involved with the documentation
may need to help.
3. I modified the site to point to the source, and changed "Download" to
"Download Source"
