This is interesting progress.

The normal behavior for the table of contents when a page is seen on a
small screen is for the ToC to be available as a drop-down menu activated
by clicking an icon that looks like three horizontal lines. The trick here
will be how the sub-menus appear...I believe they MAY slide out when their
parent is clicked.
