Alex, I meant before installation.
In case of Nightly build - we are not encourage users to install Nightly. As default option of installation is always those released one. This is a great idea with RC, but how it helps since our release process is taking 72h - In 72h notified users and ask for testing make sense to me If we would have thousands of users. Let's see what future brings. In case of custom url, your idea is just opposition to our vision of installer. Thanks to installer we would like to have setup our IDE in maximum 10 clicks from users and he should have fully working IDE. - Typing some custom url maybe as something additional, but definitely not default one.
