I agree with Josh that its good to start thinking of graduation and try to figure out what if anything is impeding that.
Are there any outstanding intellectual property issues w/ copyright, trademark, patents, or dependency licenses? How is these release process, is it documented and repeatable by multiple members of the project? Has the Rya PPMC gone through the process of adding a committer?
