Looks related to issue 65964, I'll take a look at this. Thanks for 
pointing it out.

The problems on the second sheet are fixed together with issue 68690 on 
the child workspace "dr50", which will go into OOo 2.1. "Fixed" means 
that pasting is prevented in these cases.
