Third time would be the lucky one :-) I have no idea about the i18n bundle, but ideally Konrad and Radu would help us narrow down the exact problem so we can make an informed decision. I am not opposed to re-releasing the starter module only, but, like Karl, am not sure of the scope of the issue.
