the real issue is that we now have parts of the ruleset that need correct
trust-path info, whereas we did not before. so previously, not being able to
parse Rcvd hdrs was not a big deal, but it is now.
btw there is a generalized parsing step as well -- but there are still received
lines that use really odd formats like this one. perhaps we need to generalize
further (e.g. pick *any* Received line that contains an IP address).
