Example spam that triggers ALL_TRUSTED

This is a sample of an email that triggers ALL_TRUSTED when it shouldn't.

My /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf file contained no definitions for trusted or
internal_networks, so is relying on the "automagic" code that figures that out.


Alls our *.trimble.co.nz mail servers are 10.* addresses and resolvable (PTR
and A) by the DNS server used by spamd

The first three Received: headers are generated by our MTAs, but the last two
aren't - and yet ALL_TRUSTED still fired.
