Probably 1WEEK is overkill. Then it could be updated monthly by a single program which puts the list in presorted order for fast indexed lookups and distributes the database to SpamAssassin users who then store it locally for quick indexed lookup. A problem with the above that I can think of immediately is if the database is too large to make this worth it.
