I already tried to contact them through the help /at/ routeviews.org address provided on the site, not specifically for inclusion in SA, but generally for rsync'ing / mirroring of their zone. I haven't received an answer yet -- it may be helpful if somebody has a better way to contact them (it's hosted by uoregon.edu).
