It's got nothing to do with SURBL vs URIBL.  It's about the number of free host
subdomains that can be abused.  If you want to ignore the underlying principles
and logic, that's fine.

Cleaning up after the abuse is not the only use for the data.  Hosts/mail
operators/DNS registrars also use it to find patterns and pre-emptively nuke
whole classes of abusers.  Sometimes the operators need to put the systems in
place to do the autonuking.  But they need the abuse feedback as input to those
systems.

Given that you seem unwilling to even consider these issues in an open-minded
spirit, I see no reason to continue discussion.
