This implies that the choices in spam fighting shoudl also vary with time. Perhaps this week/month it would be good to list subdomains of some particular domains, and next week/month it might not make sense to do so. Just because it might not make sense next week/month doesn't seem like a good argument to me against doing it this week/month if it helps now. The decision can be revisited later.
