Usually there is no need to have one solution that solves it all. I am not
debating CONDITIONS are not useful. They are advanced rules that might need
this support.
Simple things should be simple to do. Complex things should be possible. Such
platforms solve the 80%(simple) and the 20% ( complex) cases well.
If I have a case to just mark a particular field optional or even better just
set a default value and tell the user that if not specified we will defalt to
this it makes it simpler.
This is something UI form and inputs follow as a pattern since ages.!
